It make me feel sick to hear of such inhuman actions of humans, but in this economy I feel things are about to get way worse than anyone ever imagined, dog fighting has always been a problem, abuse of the breed has been going on for 100's of years, With what is going on in this country, dogs that were in marginal homes to begin with, are the first ones to go. the lucky ones make it in to rescue or the shelter. I will stand firm, I will help every dog that comes my way to the best of my ability. at the end of the day when my pack and myself slip into our warm and snuggly bed , I ask the supreme being to give me patients to deal with the abusive people making poor chioces about there animals, and to help the dogs in bad situations to hold fast till help comes, I could'nt live without my dogs, they make me whole, they fill a void that no human friend could ever fill, I am truly blessed. My heart goes out to you kind Lara, I hope your dog Ike comes home to give you a few more years of his friendship, and thank you for listening and understanding my drive, and passion for this great breed of dog.
