Animal Assisted Interventions & Education

An informative training to teach you how to facilitate, safely handle your pet, and successfully work with urban at-risk youth during animal assisted programming.

Saturday, April 11^th, 2009
9:30 A.M. – Noon
This training is free to all individuals interested in volunteering

Following this training you’ll be given an opportunity to put your new skills into action at The Lab!

The Lab is a special education program of the St. Paul Public Schools. Students come to The Lab at Homecroft from various St. Paul junior and senior high schools. Students participate in small groups, exploring Spoken word Poetry, Visual Art, Technology and Experiential Wellness.
