Meet Victor (pictured below). Victor is roughly 4 months old. He was left in a yard on a tie out with little to no human contact. Meals were intermitant. A good samaritan was able to convince Victor’s owners to give him up and offered to foster Victor if we helped find him a good home. When he came to her, Victor had little to no hair because his mange had been left untreated. Since coming into the program he is receiving treatment and his coat is coming in nicely.
