A Rotta Love Plus strongly believes that owners should be responsible for their pets. Owning an animal is a LIFETIME COMMITMENT, not an obstacle to be overcome simply because you don't want to spend the money or the time to do what you should. Short of death or dismemberment there are VERY few acceptable reasons to relenquish your dog. For virtually every reason that we have heard over the years we can give you a list of ways to remedy the situation.
