Before filling out the application, please note the following reasons that your application will be declined:
Your homeowners insurance or renters insurance does not cover the breed. - Our insurance requires that all our foster homes have breed friendly insurance. If your insurance does have breed exlusions, please consider switching to a company like State Farm who will not deny you insurance based upon the breed of dog you choose to live with. Contact us if you want to learn more about insurance and breed discrimination.
Your current animals are not spayed or neutered or up-to-date on their rabies and DHPP vaccinations - Occasionally exceptions will be made if your dog is actively showing or has a medical condition that contradicts this rule. A current titer result is acceptable in lieu of annual DHPP. If this is the case, please explain in the provided area.
The dog will be an outside dog - All dogs fostered through A Rotta Love are expected to live inside as a member of the family.
